Intimate retreat with limited availability

FAQ

“I’ve never gone on a retreat before and / or this will be my first time experiencing plant medicine, can I still book?”

Absolutely, the program is designed to support all levels of practitioners and retreats are an incredible way to immerse yourself into these practitioners / ceremonies in a held way. We are a team of women who will be holding space for you before, during and after your retreat.

The main quality you need to arrive with is an open mind / heart and commitment to immerse into the full program to support yourself and the circle of women in receiving the most benefits from the experience.

If you are have any mental health concerns or are on any medications please speak directly to Laor or one of the team members. For those new to working with the plant medicines we invite a discovery call with Laor directly to ensure that this retreat is right for you at this time in your life.

For all retreat guests we require a sweet 15 minute consultation call to clarify your intentions and support you with your preparation to bring you the greatest benefits.

All guests are required to complete a registration form in which it is important to clearly state any known medical conditions, recent operations and dietary needs.

All guests are required to take travel insurance to also include coverage in case of cancellation due to any COVID-related circumstances.

“I am a single traveler, is it okay to book on my own?”

Yes, all shared occupancy rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis however, on receipt of you intake / registration form and after your initial discovery call, we always do our best to align like-minded sisters to room share. Friends booking together will, of course, be assigned rooms together.

There are many single travellers and part of the sacredness of retreats is being part of a shared experienced together. This where the magic happens. There is ample space around the venue for integration and solo time should you desire.

“How do I get to the venue?”

The exact location will be sent in the welcome email upon booking with a direct contact number for our recommended chauffeurs. We highly recommend to pre-book to avoid taxi queues and ensure the most relaxing and enjoyable arrival. S’ermita is approximately 25 minutes from Ibiza airport. We will do our best to align arrival times so that cars can be shared and costs accordingly.

“What do I bring?”

The end of the summer in Ibiza is still very warm during the days and cooler in the evenings. It is an island and weather changes often – our best advice is to bring layers. Cozy, comfortable clothing for movement practices, white clothing for ceremonies, beach and pool attire (bathing suit, sarong, sunglasses, hat) and comfortable walking shoes/sandals are recommended.

“Is there free time to explore the island?”

Your schedule is abundant with beautiful offerings, however every day offers a few free hours which are yours to use. We encourage to stay on site as much as possible so that your nervous sytem, and whole being can relax most deeply into receiving the greatest benefits from the ceremonial experiences. We will also be offering massage and other treatments onsite to support your integration. However, all experiences on this retreat are by invitation and it is yours to decide what is most appropriate for your journey moment by moment.

“Can I arrive earlier or stay after the retreat?”

Yes, we highly recommend to stay in Ibiza longer after the retreat for a gentle ‘resurfacing’ into the wonderful world beyond our beautiful bubble. We are happy to recommended places nearby for you to rent accommodation.
